We’ve used these guys 3 times now and couldn’t be happier. The first two times were in emergency situations and they were right on it. They even called me back on a Sunday during an Eagles game when a tree took out our roof!
I loved the quick professional service from not only the employees who came to visit but also in the office. The scheduling and administrative follow up is as great as the roofing work.
Then came the great compliment from our Allstate Adjuster AND their Roofing Expert (from Hancock Roofing I think?) After looking at the emergency repairs, the expert guy commented: “They did a fantastic job–sealed up and done properly. I don’t say this often, but they seem to really know what they are doing. Hang on to them!”
Hearing that from an outside “Expert” was reassuring, but these guys had already won us over 2 years ago after repairing a roof section that two other roofing companies attempted to fix and failed. It was a no brainer to have them replace the roof. (Which they did in the snow and freezing temps!) Joe went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and cleaned up afterwards.
